2 TEASPOONS CAPERS
1 CUP WHIPPING CREAM WHIPPED
10 STRIPS SMOKE SALMON
LETTUCE LEAVES
FOLD SHRIMP, HORSERADISH, CAPERS, SALT AND PEPPER INTO WHIPPED CREAM.
PLACE 1 TABLESPOON OF MIXTURE ON EACH STRIP OF SALMON AND ROLL UP.
CUT IN HALF AND ARRANGE ON LETTUCE LEAVES.
